You are granted a limited license to access and use the materials for your personal educational purposes, provided you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

4. Course Enrollment and Payments

By enrolling in a course offered by CodeCyprus, you agree to pay the specified fees for that course. All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to change.

Payment must be made through our authorized payment processors. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Course fees may be subject to taxes based on your location, which will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any additional transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our courses. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of your enrollment date, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team with your request and reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or sharing course materials with others
• Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent security measures of the platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the services or servers
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of our services
• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code to our systems
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or staff

7. Termination

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

CodeCyprus does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our courses, the field of programming and technology evolves rapidly. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the content provided.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
